What Tee Time Hunter is

Tee Time Hunter is a search tool that aggregates publicly available golf tee-time information from third-party booking platforms and course websites, and links you out to those sites to book. We never book, hold, or reserve tee times on your behalf — all bookings happen directly between you and the course or its booking provider.

Accuracy of availability

Availability, prices, and course details are collected from third-party systems and can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. A tee time shown here may no longer exist by the time you reach the booking site. We provide the service “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and are not responsible for the outcome of any booking.

Accounts and alerts

Signing in (Apple, Google, or email one-time code) lets you save tee times, favorite courses, and set availability alerts. Alerts may be delivered by email and/or push notification; delivery is best-effort. Free accounts have a limited number of active alerts (shown in the app and configurable by us); Pro raises the limit and unlocks features such as recurring weekly alerts. You can pause or delete alerts at any time.

Optional saved booking logins

If you choose to save a course-membership login so we can show members-only tee sheets, you authorize us to use it solely to fetch tee-time availability you request. Credentials are encrypted at rest and never shared. You can delete them at any time from your account page in the app or on the website.

Paid plans (Pro)

Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription. Pricing and billing period (e.g. monthly or annual) are shown at purchase in the app or on the website before you confirm.

• Website purchases are billed through Stripe and renew until canceled via “Manage subscription” on your account page at teetimehunter.com.
• iOS / Android in-app purchases are billed by Apple or Google through the App Store / Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device’s Settings → Subscriptions (or the store’s subscription management UI). Deleting your Tee Time Hunter account does not cancel a store subscription — you must cancel it in Settings.

Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active through the period you already paid for. If you previously purchased Pro, use “Restore purchases” in the app to relink an existing store subscription to your account.

Affiliate links

Some outbound booking links are affiliate links — if you book after clicking one, we may earn a commission from the booking platform at no extra cost to you.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no automated scraping of this site or app APIs beyond normal use, no attempts to disrupt it, and no use that violates law or third parties’ rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

Account deletion

You may delete your account in the app (Account → Delete account) or on the website. See our Privacy Policy for what is removed.
